The touch keypad does not operate correctly. 
 
ACTION 
In some boards, due to extreme tolerances, we have detected that there are some 
keys or a combination of them (HOTEL or SERVICE MODE) that are not detected 
properly by the TV set. As an example, the VOLUME UP. If you experience this issue, 
update to the latest version of firmware. 
 
This issue may affect units up to firmware version 1.43.3. 
 
The latest firmware is available from the Technical Website.
