SYMPTOM Poor start operation when unit at very low room temperature < 1° C, LED blinks and
relay repeats on-off operation and the backlights remain off.
CAUSE
On units produced before serial number 1060xxxxx the PSU may need to be modified
by the removal of D7302.

If you have a set where the above condition is reported, please check if D7302 is fitted
and remove if fitted. See Figure 1.
