No backlight due to a defect in Q501 and a revision in the power supply part number. 

 

When there is no backlight on power supply 17IPS20R5, apply the below modification. 
As we have modified the power supply, the connector located at CN500 has changed 
from 2 pins to 7pins. We have also changed the cable.  

 
 

If you have power supply 17IPS205R (2 pin), Sharp part number 23131911, you need 
to REMOVE the following parts to modify the power supply:
