Is the wire harness in the unit properly connected?

Reconnect and recheck the wire harness.

Are F7001 and F7002 normal?

Are L7004, L7001,L7002,BD7001 etc. faulty? 
Check if the peripheral circuits are short-circuited.

Is BU+5V supplied from pin(11) of connector CN7003 (PD) when
