SYMPTOM No picture after the set has warmed up.  Backlight and audio on.
CAUSE
IC3002.
ACTION
Update the VCT software to the latest version.
1.  Replace IC3002 with the part number given below.
2.  Update the VCT software to the current version.
3.  Ensure that the 'Inch Setting' is set to the correct screen size.
4.  Set the country in the adjustment mode:
 
i. 
Enter the adjustment process mode.
 
ii.  Bring the cursor to 'FACTORY INIT'.
 
iii.  Use the Volume keys to select the couture.
 
iv.  Press Enter.  'EXECUTING' appears and the initialisation starts.
 
v.  DO NOT turn off the unit during this process.
 
vi.  After a while 'OK' is displayed.  
 
vii.  Exit the adjustment mode.
