Check IC8101 and its peripheral circuits.

When the DTV(H.264) signal
Is H.264_I2S signal output from pin (D26/H.264_I2S_MCLK), 
(E24/H.264_I2S_SCLK), (E26/H.264_I2S_LRCLK) and (A25/
H.264_I2S_DATA) of IC5001 (H.264_DECODER)?

NO

Check IC5001 and its peripheral circuits.

minal (J503)?

Check the connection to AUDIO_OUTPUT terminal and external 
input devices.

MONITOR_MUTE signal [Pin(23) of IC503(AV_SW.)] or MUTE-
A_ALL signal[Pin(21) of IC2003] will be "H"?

YES

Check the peripheral circuits of IC503 and MUTE-A_ALL_LINE.

TU7501 and IC7508 (COFDM - DEMOD.)

Is the video signal (TUNER_CVBS) sent to pins (24) of 
IC503(AV_SW.)?

NO

Check the line between TU7501 and IC3001.
