SYMPTOM  No clock or date information.

REASON

When you only use HDMI or VGA, the television cannot receive the clock information
from anywhere and the clock does not work correctly.

When you switch the television into standby, the clock stops counting. When you
switch the television on again, the time and date will be the same as when you
switched off. The product does not have an internal clock.

ACTION
The internal time and date information is only received via an RF signal or Internet
connection.
To resolve the problem, ensure an RF Signal or Internet connection is made to the
unit.
