REMOVING OF MAJOR PARTS
1. Remove the back cover.
2. Remove the table stand fixing screws (4 pcs.).
3. Remove the rear cabinet fixing screws (8 pcs.).
4. Front cabinet is opend in order of  4-1  to  4-9  , and detach the rear cabinet.
5. Peel off the tape.
6. Detach the connector from each PWB.

7. Remove the MAIN PWB fixing screws (4 pcs.).
8. Remove the INVERTER PWB fixing screws (2 pcs.).
9. Remove the 21-pin terminal fixing screw (2 pcs.).
10. Detach the chassis frame cover.
11. Remove the TUNER PWB fixing screws
(5 pcs.).
12. Remove the OPERATION PWB fixing
screws (2 pcs.).
13. Remove the chassis frame fixing screws
(2 pcs.).
14. Remove the LCD panel ass'y fixing
screws (2pcs).

Precautions in handling the LCD panels
1. Work in a clean room (with humidities below 50%).
2. Be sure to wear an anti-static armband.
3. Handle the panels on an electroconductive mat.
4. Be careful not to fall, shake and shock the panels.
15. Remove the LCD display unit fixing screws (4 pcs.).
16. Detach the two diffusion sheets, reflection/deflection sheet and reflection sheet (cover).
17. Detach the four reflection mirrors.
18. Remove the fluorescent lamp.
19. Detach the lamp guide plate.
20. Detach the two lamp reflection sheets.
