Subject : Alternative switch mode transformer
REASON
During production the switch mode transformer, T700, has been changed.  This transformer
is not directly interchangeable with the original as shown in the service manual.
ACTION
When fitting the new type of switch mode transformer, using the part number listed below,
remove R713 ( 270
6 ) and replace it with a wire link. 
In later production sets ( those fitted with the new type of chopper transformer ) R713
location will be screen printed, J147.  If the original chopper transformer is being fitted into
one of these sets, then the wire link must be removed and R713 put in its place.
