SYMPTOM Attention to CRT earth lead dressing.
CAUSE
To prevent isolated earth link L2 ( Black Wire ) straying into no isolated ( LIVE ) mains
area.
ACTION
After service, ensure that there is no slack in earth wire link L2 between the main PWB
and the first cable tie.
For added security the wire link should be passed through the cable tie securing the
scan coil lead.
