REASON
During production the switch mode transformer, T700 has been changed.
This transformer is not directly interchangeable with the original as shown
in the service manaual.
ACTION
When fitting the new type of switch mode treansformer, using the part number listed
below, remove R713 ( 270R ) and replace it with a wire link.
In later production sets (those fitted with the new type of flyback transformer) R713
location will be screen printed, J147.  If the original chopper transformer is being fitted
to one of these sets, then the wire link must be removed and R713 put in its place.
