SYMPTOM No access to teletext function.
CAUSE
Corruption of NVM data.
ACTION
Carry out the following circuit improvement
1.  Replace C714 with a 2,200uF electrolytic capacitor.
2.  Add a zener diode between pins 5 and 4 of IC1002, anode to ground.
3.  Add a zener diode between pins 6 and 7 of IC1002, anode to ground.
Use the part numbers given below.
