SYMPTOM
Set shuts down at start up (EHT sometimes comes up, but then the set shuts down).
This can be intermittent.  Once the set has started up, it will run until the mains is
removed.
CAUSE
Dry joints on IC2402.  This IC is mounted on the print side of the PWB, underneath
the Teletext Processor (IC2401).
Note that IC2402 may not be fitted on some sets.
ACTION
Resolder all pins on IC2402.
