SYMPTOM
Faint lines at the top or bottom of the screen running from left to right. There may be a
certain amount of vertical distortion causing this phenomenon.
CAUSE
Decoupling capacitors C517 (positive supply) and C512 (negative supply) going leaky
or open circuit.
ACTION
Replace C517 and C512 using the part numbers given below.
