SYMPTOM The receiver takes about 30 seconds to start up or starts up intermittently.
CAUSE
Resistor incorrectly fitted.
ACTION
Refit the resistor correctly, as shown below.
This 68R resistor is fitted under plug PA on the underside of PWB.  Make sure that the
resistor is fitted as shown.
