Disposal of defective CRT's
Changes in UK law now classify CRT's as Hazardous Waste and as such you are required to
dispose of them in an appropriate way. Your local authority may no longer be prepared to deal with
used CRT's as they have done in the past.

For televisions where the CRT has failed within the warranty period, we have made provision for
you to claim back a fixed allowance based on typical costs.
