Check F701.
Check T701 pin16 voltage.
(Approx. 290V at 220V AC)
Check Secondary Main+B.
(Approx. 118V )
Check R701,Q701
and IC701.
Blown out.
Replace the fuse.
The fuse is again blown

D703,D704 and C705.
Check CRT connector
K1-K5 bias.

Red) turns on.
