SYMPTOM A diagonal beat (cross herringbone pattern) may appear on the screen when being
used via the S-Video connection while recieving a PAL image.
ACTION
Replace FB411 with a zero ohm resistor as shown in the diagram below.  The
designation of this resistor becomes R444.
