SYMPTOM Unit shuts down due to temperature sensor mis-operation.

Software.
ACTION
If the firmware version is 1.20 or less, then change the temperature sensor operating
threshold. This is achieved by adjusting the data in the EEPROM as follows:

6. Change the value of “ADR-H” to 3.
7. Change the value of “ADR-L” to 27.
8. At this time, the value of “DATA” is 30. Change it to 36.
9. Change the value of “ADR-L” to 28.
10. At this time, the value of “DATA” is 30. Change it to 36.
11. Repeat the same procedure from 4-4 to 4-5 for “ADR-L”, 29, 30, 31 and 32.
6. Change the value of “ADR-H” to 3.
7. Change the value of “ADR-L” to 27.
8. At this time, the value of “DATA” is 30. Change it to 36.
9. Change the value of “ADR-L” to 28.
10. At this time, the value of “DATA” is 30. Change it to 36.

15. Turn the power of the projector off, and then pull out the AC cord from the
projector.
16. By pulling out the AC cord from the projector after turning the power off, the
changed values become effective.
