Service Manual

 

1) Open the paper feed unit. Disengage the pawls (3 positions) of

the  front  cabinet  by  inserting  a  minus  screwdriver  under  the
base tray. Then, remove the front cabinet and the rear cabinet.

2)

Open the paper feed unit. Remove the harness from the wire
saddle, and disconnect the connector. Remove the screw, and
remove  the  grounding  wire.  Remove  the  screw,  and  remove
the holder. Remove the document tray.

1) Open the paper feed unit and remove it.

2)

Disconnect  the  connector,  and  remove  the  snap  band.
Remove the earth wire.

3)

Remove the link arm return spring, and remove the paper feed
PG holder.

4)

Remove the transport unit.

5) Remove  the  paper  feed  upper  paper  guide  unit,  and  remove

the upper cover. 

1) Remove the upper transport support paper guide.

2)

Remove the Holder guide, and remove the pick up roller and
the paper feed roller. 

3)

Remove the one-way coupling, the belt, and the pulley.
Remove the E-ring. Pull out the shaft, and remove the bearing,
the holder, and the take-up torque limiter.

Open the paper feed unit, and remove the cover.

2) Remove the holder, and remove the separation roller.

3) Remove the SPF torque limiter.

1) Remove the discharge brush.

Clean the registration roller.

Open the RSPF unit, and clean the OC mat.

Clean  the  transport  roller  2,  the  transport  roller  3,  and  the
paper exit roller.

Clean the reading plater.
