                     Steps to reproduce  

•  FIT101117936 : Only the cover pages in color are not working 

1.  Launch command Workstation and import the particular test file. 

2.  Open Job Properties Media 

 Paper size  A3 SEF; Color tab  color mode Grey scale; 

3.  Layout tab 

 Booklet; Define cover  Color mode  CMYK 

4.  Print. 

Result: Only the cover pages in color are not working 

•  FIT101087800 : message load paper 

1.  Launch Command WorkStation and import any test file. 

2.  Create 2 Paper catalog for custom paper size full bleed for Plain and Heavyweight papers. 

3.  Open Job Properties 

 Media  Paper Catalog  Select Paper Catalog custom (plain) 

created from step 2; Custom Full Bleed 

 OK 

4.  Layout  tab 

 Booklet  Define cover  Media  Select Paper Catalog custom 

(Heavyweight) created from step 2; Shrink to fit 

 Uncheck 

5.  Finishing tab 

 Fold Style  Saddle fold; Staple  Saddle staple; Trim  Ok

1  Known issues listed below, read before installing FIT101117936 patch:

2  The following prerequisite(s) must be installed in the order specified before applying  

FIT101117936 patch: 

•  FIT100892788 
3  Do NOT install any of the following patch(es) after installing FIT101117936 patch. If you must 

install any of the patch(es) below, do so before installing FIT101117936patch: 

•  None. 
4  This patch is exclusive which means it must be installed independently and the server 

rebooted/restarted once. After which, other patches can be applied to the server. 

1  Make sure that the Fiery printer controller reaches Idle. 
2  Execute FIT101117936.exe and follow the instructions in the Fiery Patch Downloader. 
3  Notes about the Fiery Patch Downloader 

a.  Logon must be admin.  This is fixed and cannot be modified. 

b.  Password is the Fiery administrator login password. 

c.  Hostname can be the IP address or the Fiery server name.  

4  After the patch is downloaded and when prompted by the Fiery Patch Downloader, choose 

Reboot. (If you choose to Restart later, make sure you manually reboot the server for the 
changes to take effect) 

5  Wait until the Fiery controller reaches Idle and print the Configuration page.  
6  Verify that the System Updates Log section contains the patch number FIT101117936.
