Face Up & Reverse Order Printing on Hercules II (MX-M904/1054/1204) 
In default mode, copies and prints produces on Hercules are delivered to the upper finisher tray, in page number order, 
printed image face down.  
For the majority of print jobs, this is acceptable to the print operator. 
There are two situations in which this is not acceptable: 
 
The completed printing will be moved to an off-line finisher, which requires the printing to be face-up. 
 
These two requirements very often go ‘hand-in-hand’ especially in Mail Houses printing long runs of mail merge letters. 
 
To print face up, single sided, in page number order: 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1.  Select REVERSE PAGES from Adobe Acrobat Pro/Reader (first screen visible after selecting FILE & PRINT.) The last 
In this case reverse means the last page will be printed first. 
 
Result: 
Page # 1 is first page

2.  Select REVERSE ORDER PRINT from the Sharp driver – Special Modes tab. 
If this is greyed out when you select the tab, click on Defaults first and then select REVERSE ORDER PRINT. In this case 
reverse order means print face up. 
 
 
To print face up, single sided, in reverse page order: 
1.  Select REVERSE ORDER PRINT from the Sharp driver – Special Modes tab (as above). 
If this is greyed out when you select the tab, click on Defaults first and then select REVERSE ORDER PRINT. In this case
