2. Symptom: 
Depending on the type of paper, the surface coating of the upper heat roller may be damaged 
to cause a separate pawl flaw. 
 
3. Description: 
We have newly installed upper heat rollers where surface coating was changed (PFA 
 PFA + 
PTFE) for service support, so use a newly-installed upper heat roller according to the type of 
paper. 
We will ship digital copiers/printers that come with the conventional upper heat roller 
(NROLT1452FCZ2) in the future. 
 
(Note) Depending on the type of paper, if a newly-installed upper heat roller is used, toner 
contamination may occur on the upper heat roller. For this reason, do not use a newly-
installed upper heat roller on a machine where no separate pawl flaw has occurred.
