MX-LC15  MAINTENANCE  3 – 3

1)

Pull out the paper feed tray. 
Loosen the stopper fixing screw on the lower right side of the
paper feed tray, move the stopper so it wont catch on the
frame and keep the tray from moving out.

2)

Remove the screw from the left and right rail.

3)

Remove the paper feed tray from the rail.

Pull out the paper feed tray.

2)

Open the upper cover.

3)

Remove the upper cabinet.

4)

Disconnect the connector, and remove the paper feed unit.

1)

Remove the rear cabinet.

2)

Disconnect the connector, and remove the drive unit.

Open the upper cover.

2)

Remove the paper pickup roller and the paper feed roller.

Remove the paper guide block. Remove the separation roller.

1)

Remove the paper feed unit.

2)

Remove the cover.

3)

Remove the E-ring, and remove the each parts. Remove the
screw.

4)

Lift the shaft, and remove the torque limiter.

Remove the paper feed unit.

2)

Remove the paper guide block.

3)

Remove the spring, and remove the screw.

4)

Remove the cover, and remove the lever.

5)

Remove the E-ring, screw and remove each of the parts.

Remove the screw.

Remove the frame.

8)

Remove the E-ring, and remove the clutch.

9)

Remove the E-ring, and remove the each parts. Remove the
transport roller.
