2. Description
To improve inner finisher consistency, we will change the following:
1.To  stabilise  bunch  up/down  roller  welding  force  at  bunch  ejection;  we  will  change  the
parallel  pin  to  the  spring  pin.  This  change  eliminates  the  backlash  between  the  bunch
roller  up/down  lever  that  pressurises  the  delivery  roller  and  the  bunch  roller  up/down
shaft.
Along  with  this  change,  we  will  also  change  the  pin  hole  diameter  of  the  bunch  roller
up/down shaft.
2.To stabilise the sensor lever standby location; we have changed the method for applying
cushion rubber to the plate frame to the method for applying the sensor lever tip to the
paddle fixed shaft.
Along with this change, we will abolish one cushion rubber pasted to the sensor lever.
