PARTS CHANGE FOR PRODUCTIVITY
IMPROVEMENT
1. Model Name:
MX-FN30/FN31 (Option for MX-3050N/3550N/4050N/5050N/6050N
MX-3060N/3560N/4060N/3070N/3570N/4070N/5070N/6070N)
2. Description:
1. The plate thickness of the base plate inside PROCESSING TRAY UNIT has been
changed for productivity improvement. Along with this change, the modification has
been made on the following parts:
(1) Change of the plate thickness of Processing front frame (FRAM, OPE, TRAY,
FRONT)
(2) Change of the plate thickness of Processing rear frame (FRAM, OPE, TRAY,
REAR)
(3) Change of Processing tray (PROCESSING TRAY ASSEMBLY)

(4) Change of the plate thickness of Front alignment HP sensor bracket
(ADJ_HP_SEN_PLT-FR)
(5) Change of the plate thickness of Sub guide motor caulking As (CAULKING-
MOTOR-SUBGID)
(6) Change of the plate thickness of Assist motor plate caulking As
(CAULKING_ASSIST_MOTOR_PLATE)
(7) Change of the plate thickness of Alignment HP sensor bracket
(ADJ_HP_SEN_PLT)
(8) Design change of Alignment harness guide (OPE TRAY CABLE GUIDE)
As the result of the change of the plate thickness, (4), (5), (6), (7), and (8) can no
longer be installed in the field. For this reason, those parts will not be
supplied as the service parts.
When replacing the applicable parts, please use PROCESSING TRAY ASSEMBLY.
(1), (2), and (3) need to be replaced at the same time.
2. The modification has been made on the following parts for productivity improvement:
(9) Change of the plate thickness of Stapler pulley As (PLATE, STAPLER, PULLEY, ASSEMBLY)
(10) Change of the plate thickness of Staple drive caulking As (CAULKING, STP), addition of TP
screws, and disuse of E-ring
* As the result of this change, this parts can no longer be installed in the field. For this reason,
this parts will not be supplied as the service parts.
* When replacing the parts above, please use STAPLE MOUNT ASS’Y (0CW4M511710//).
(11) Change of the plate thickness of NS staple upper plate As
(BRACKET, STP, NS, UP)
(12) Along with the change of (11), the design of Guide has been changed.
*This parts needs to be replaced together with (11).
