1. Punch Unit (MX-PN14)

Punch unit, punch PWB 
destination setting
1)
When the punch PWB is replaced, the destination setting must
be performed.
2)
SIM26-50 item J to set destination.
3)
The relationship between the switches and the destinations is
shown in the table below.

Punch position adjustment
When the flapper solenoid is disassembled, an adjustment is
required when assembling.
1)
Remove the Rear Cabinet.
2)
Loosen the screw shown in the figure and adjust the position
by referring the scale on the plate.

1. Finisher
A. Maintenance list
✕: Check (Clean, replace, or adjust according to necessity.) ○: Clean : Replace : Adjust ✩: Lubricate
 *1 : Do not apply the grease to the following gears.
CAUTION: Do not apply the grease to the gears [1] of the Return belt motor (FNM2) or Paddle motor (FNM10).

1. Major unit and cover
A. External Cover

Front Cover Unit
a. Preparation
1)
Remove this machine from the host machine.
b. Procedure
1)
Open the Front Cover [1].
2)
Remove the 2 Screws [2].
3)
Move the Front Cover Unit [1],and disconnect the 2 Connectors
[2]

Rear Cover
a. Preparation
1)
Remove this machine from the host machine.
b. Procedure
1)
Remove the Rear Sub Cover [1].
- 2 Screws [2]
2)
Remove the connectors of PWB. 
- 1 Screw [3]
3)
Remove the Rear Cover [1]. 
- 2 Screws [2]
- 1 Claw [3]
- 2 Hooks [4]

Tray Guide Cover
a. Preparation
1)
Remove this machine from the host machine.
2)
Remove the Front Cover Unit.
3)
Remove the Rear Cover.
4)
Remove the Delivery Tray.
5)
Remove the Upper Feed Guide.
b. Procedure
1)
Remove the Upper Stay [1].
– 2  Screws  [2]
2)
Move the Front Alignment Plate [1] and Rear Alignment Plate [2]
to the slit [3] of the Tray Guide Cover.
3)
Release the latch [1] and move the Front/Rear Tray Plate [2] to
the bottom.
4)
Remove the Tray Guide Cover [1]
– 2 Screws [2]
– 2 Claws [3]
NOTE: Do not nip the Paper Fold [1] when the Tray Guide Cover is
installed.
