f. Removal of left upper cover
1) Remove the two screws [1].

g. Removal of grate-shaped upper guide

i. Removal of No. 2 tray

j. Removal of front inside lower cover

1) Remove the screw [1], and remove the leg cover [2].

4) Disengage the hooks on the upper sides of the tension spring
front [8] and the tension spring rear [9].
5) Remove the two C-rings [10] at the back, and remove the sen-
sor flag [11] and the two bearings [12].
6) Remove the two C-rings [13] on the front side, and remove the
two gears [14].

Remove the two bearings [15].

Open the saddle delivery tray [16].
9)
Remove the two screws [17], and remove the two alignment
plates [18].

10) Shift the two paper folding rollers [19] to the front side, and
remove it in the delivery direction.
CAUTION: When installing, install the gear [2] so that the paper
folding roller groove [1] faces in the proper phase.
