1. Model Name: MX-FN11/MX-FN18/MX-FN19/FN20
2. Symptom:
Streaks may appear in the center of a paper if solid black images are printed on heavy
paper (300g) from MX-6540N/7040N with MX-FN20.
3. Description:
In order to modify streaks on center of a paper, the material of Wing collar attached to the
center of Return roller has changed from resin to rubber.
For the further improvement, the shape of parts has been changed.
