A half-width single quotation ( ' ) is read as a piece of the internal command code, and as a 
result, the internal command will not properly execute. 

 
4. For the field: 

When registering a Job Log from the machine web page, please do not include a half-width 
single quotation ( ' ). We are sorry for the inconvenience. 
Furthermore, regarding a lasting fix for this issue, the machine firmware will be modified so that 
when a half-width single quotation is input, it will not be misread as a part of the internal 
command code.
