2CS SENSOR HARNESS 
 
1. Model Name: 
MX-CS11 (Option for MX-C250/C250E/C250F/C250FE/C250FR/C300E/C300F/C300W,   
    
MX-C300WEC300WR, 
MX-C300P/C300PE/C300PL, 
MX-C301/C301W) 
 
2. Symptom: 
When replacing the clutch etc. at the paper feed section, if 2nd frame rear upper is   
 
 
mounted while 2CS sensor harness rides on the rib section of paper feed unit, 2CS   
 
 
sensor harness gets stuck between the rib section and 2nd frame rear upper and is   
 
 
broken, which may cause “F3-22”. 
 
3. Description: 
To prevent 2CS sensor harness from riding on the rib section of paper feed unit,   
 
 
2CS sensor harness has been fixed with the tape. 
 
 
When replacing the clutch etc. at the paper feed section in the field, please fix   
 
 
2CS sensor harness with the tape before mounting 2nd frame rear upper   
 
 
(Using the insulating tape etc. is recommended) 
 
 
If you remove the fixing tape for conducting some work, please re-fix the harness with the   
 
 
new tape.    If the removed tape is reused, it is easy to be peeled off. 
 
 
 
- Reference for fixation with the tape (2ND cassette paper feed frame rear side)   
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  Attach the tape to the right side from the rib.

  Attach the tape along the line 
  from the bottom to the top side
