We will now only programme these EEPROMS as a pair and they should be changed as 
such. We will endeavour to return these to the requested address within a 7 working day 
period of them being received at Stockley Park. 

However, please note that some re-writes will have to be a factory task and therefore the 
lead time could be up to 4 weeks. 

In order to program these EEPROMs the following form must be completed and sent to 
us with the following: 

1.  Photograph of the main serial number plate 
2.  Brand new PCU EEPROM (part number is in the PWB parts guide) 
3.  Brand new MFP EEPROM (part number is in the PWB parts guide) 
4.  22-06 if possible
