7) Attach the base cover. (1 screw (Packed items No. 3))
8) Attach the front door to the front inner cover, and attach the L-
hinge pins (Packed items No. 12).
MEMO: Insert the L-hinge pin in the lower section into the back
of the Black Mylar.
9) Attach the front inner cover to the tray unit. (2 screws)
10) Attach  the  accessory cover   (Packed  items No. 1) with the
screw (Packed items No. 17) and the winding bushing (Packed
items No. 21).
J. Cable connection
1) Connect the connector to the decurler unit.

K. Height and tilt adjustment
MEMO:  When the  adjuster  bolt is  turned  counterclockwise,  the
height  is  decreased. When  turned  clockwise,  the height is
increased.
NOTE: The specification of the height and the tilt adjustment are as
follows.
Height: The difference of level between top surface of the adjacent
device is within +/-2mm.
Tilt: The difference of clearance between upper and lower part of
the adjacent device is within +/-2mm.
1) Place an adjustment dish under every adjuster bolt, and screw
the bolt. (4 positions)
2) Turn  the adju ster  bolts  (1) and (2)   in  the above   figure,  and
adjust the height.
3) Turn  the adju ster  bolts  (3) and (4)   in  the above   figure,  and
adjust the tilt.

1.  Unpacking
A. Unpacking
B. Removal of the fixing tape and protection 
material
1) Remove the L-Plate.
2) Remove the Locking Plate.
C. Packed items check
* For European countries, there are three types of Power cords.  
D. Unloading from palette
1)
Always work on this unloading in a foursome.
2)
Lay your hands on the palette as shown in the photos below.
NOTE: Try not to lay your hands on the adjuster volts.
2.  Installation
NOTE: Before installation, be sure to turn both the operation and
main  power switches off and disconnect the power plug from the
power outlet. Make double sure that the data lamp on the operation
panel does not light up or blink when per- forming installation. 
NOTE: Necessary works before moving the machine.
-  Remove the paper cart from the stacker  before moving.
-  Fix the locking plate which were removed at  B-2) Remove the
Locking Plate.
A. Install the paper guide.  
1)
Attach the guide plate. 
- Connect to MX-RB15
Tighten the paper guide C (Packed item No. 13 with MX-
RB15) at the paper feed entry with screws (Packed item No. 1
with the decurler).

- Connect to MX-ST10 (linkage of two)
Attach the guide plate (Packed item No. 4) to the same posi-
tion as above with the screws (Packed item No. 10 x2).
- Connect to MX-CF11
a) Remove the screw. 
b) Attach the black Mylar.   
Attach the black mylar sheet to the paper guide along the ref-
erence line. For the reference, see the figure below.  
c) Fix the guide plate with the black mylar to the paper feed
part of the stacker with the screw (Packed items No.10 Hexag-
onal screw M3x6).  
B. Install the earth plate.  
1)
Tighten the earth plate (Packed item No.6) with screws
(Packed item No.11 x2). 
When connected to MX-RB15 
Insert the screw into the lower hole and tighten it. 
When connected to MX-CF11 or MX-ST10 (linkage of two)
Insert the screw into the upper hole and tighten it. 
C. Install the bracket  
- Connect to MX-RB15 or MX-CF11
1)
Tighten the bracket (Packed item No. 5) to the connection
option with the screws (Packed item No. 11 x4). 
When connected to MX-RB15. 
When connected to MX-CF11.
