E. Installation of the rail
1)
Engage the inserter that has installed finisher (Punch unit) to
the main unit.
2)
Release the lock, and remove the inserter from the main unit.
3)
Fix the rail (Package part No. 5) to the main unit side with the
fixing screws (Package part No. 2).
4)
Fix the rail to inserter with the fixing screws (Package part No.
1).
F. Check of the connected position of main unit 
and finisher.
1)
Put the inserter that has installed the finisher (Punch unit)
close to the main unit.
2)
Check that the positioning pin of main unit is smoothly installed
to center of the guide for inserter positioning.
* When the positioning pin enters smoothly, progress to the
procedure of "G. Height adjustment of the finisher and the
inserter". 
When the positioning pin not enters smoothly, progress to
the following procedures.
3)
Loosen the fixing screws of the adjustment section on the rear
side of the inserter.

4)
Turn the height adjustment bolt on the rear side so that the
height of the center of the positioning pin and the center of the
positioning guide is fit.
5)
Tighten the fixing screws of the adjustment section on the rear
side.
6)
Remove the screw, and open the rack cover.
7)
Loosen the fixing screws of the adjustment section on the front
side.
8)
Turn the height adjustment screws on the front side so that the
fixing screw of the adjustment section on the front side may
become the same position as a rear side. 
9)
Tighten the fixing screws of the adjustment section on the front
side.
10) Close the rack cover, and fix with the screw.
G. Height adjustment of the finisher and the 
inserter
1)
Check the height of front cabinet of the inserter and front cabi-
net of the finisher.

2)
Check the height of rear cabinet of the inserter and rear cabi-
net of the finisher.
* When the height is properly adjusted, progress to the proce-
dure of "H. Check the clearance of the main unit and the
inserter". 
When the height is not properly adjusted, progress to the fol-
lowing procedures.
<Adjust of the height on front side>
3)
Remove each cabinet of the finisher, and loosen the front
caster fixing screws on the inserter side.
* The adjustment procedure is different according to the
installed finisher. For details, refer to the adjustment proce-
dure of each finisher.
4)
Turn the height adjustment bolt so that the upper cabinet may
become equal height.
5)
Tighten the caster fixing screws.
<Adjust of the height on rear side>
6)
Remove the rear cabinet of the finisher, and loosen the rear
caster fixing screws on the inserter side.
7)
Turn the height adjustment bolt so that the upper cabinet may
become equal height.
8)
Tighten the caster fixing screws.

H. Check the clearance of the main unit and the 
inserter
1)
Put the inserter that has installed the finisher (Punch unit)
close to the main unit.
2)
Check from back and forth to insure that the upper and lower
clearances between the main unit and the finisher are even.
* When the upper and lower clearance is even, progress to
the procedure of "I. Touch of the auxiliary caster with the
floor". 
When the upper and lower clearance is not even, progress
to the following procedures.
3)
Remove each cabinet on the front and the rear side of the fin-
isher, and loosen the fixing screws of the front and rear caster
on the left side.
* The adjustment procedure is different according to the
installed finisher. For details, refer to the adjustment proce-
dure of each finisher.
4)
Use a spanner to turn the height adjustment bolt on the front
and the rear side so that upper and lower clearance is even.
