main unit is required before installing this kit. Refer to T/R CCE-409 for details of
installation procedures of a heater electrical components kit.

If the heater electrical components kit has already been installed to mount a heater kit, this
process is not required.

Note: If the electrical component kit has not been installed, install the kit first.
Procedures

1.Place the dehumidifier heater onto the heater mount plate, and tighten with M3x8S tight (x1).

*Nail of the heater mount plate must be opposite in direction to the harness.

2.Place the heater mount plate in step 1 onto the T heater cover and tighten it with M3x8S tight (x2).
3.Hold down a clamp (one clamp).
4.Affix the 5-language high temperature warning label onto the T heater cover, fitting to the reference line.

*Degrease the affixing surface with alcohol before affixing the 5-language high temperature warning label.

Procedures

5.Pull out first and second stages of the main unit cassette

6.Tighten the step screw onto the base.
7.Mount cassette heater in steps 1 through 4 and tighten it with M3x8S tight (x1).
8.Run the harness to the rear frame and insert the snap band (x1).

Procedures

9.Remove the back plate (upper). (7 screws)
10.Remove the back plate (lower). (6 screws)
