In order to improve offset copy when the fusing roller is at low temperature, the factory default value of
fusing temperature for "Paper weight 60-90 g/m2 (16 - 24 lbs.)" has been changed.
Upgrading the firmware to this version will update the content of settings to the “Set value after change” as
shown in the following tables.
Note: If the setting values are specially set up for the user, those values will be updated to the “Set value
after change” by upgrading the firmware to this version.

In order to improve offset copy when the fusing roller is at low temperature, the factory default value of
fusing temperature for "Paper weight 91-105 g/m2 (24+ - 28 lbs.)" has been changed.
*Upgrading the firmware to this version will also automatically update the setting values changed on PCU
version 0104D0 above.
However the automatic update will be carried out only on the first update for PCU version 0104D0 or
0105D0, and it won’t be carried out for the second and subsequent update.
*Setting values changed on PCU version0105D0 will be automatically updated only if "Paper weight 60-
90 g/m2 (16 - 24 lbs.)" is selected for Fusing Control Settings. (If "Paper weight 91-105g/m2 <24+ - 28
lbs.>)" is selected, updating won’t be carried out automatically.)
When upgrading the firmware, please perform the procedure with attention of the following points.
<Notes for the version upgrade>
1. Make sure "Paper weight 60-90 g/m2(16 - 24 lbs.)" is selected beforehand.    If it’s not selected, set it
up, and then upgrade the firmware.
System Setting => Device Setting => On Fusing Control Settings screen, check if "Paper weight 60-90
g/m2(16 - 24 lbs.)" is selected (if not, set it up).
2. If the version upgrade is conducted when "Paper weight 91-105g/m2" is selected, returning the Fusing
Control Settings to "Paper weight 60-90 g/m2(16 - 24 lbs.)” and changing the setting to "Paper weight
91-105g/m2(24+ - 28 lbs.)" again will allow the automatic update to “Set value after change” as shown
in the following tables.
(Setting of Paper weight will be available by power OFF/ON after the setting change.)
