2. Symptom: 

 

In rare cases, the 2nd transfer belt of the 2nd transfer unit meandered during production 
and the bead at the edge of the 2nd transfer belt sometimes ran on the 2nd belt driving roller. 

 
3. Description: 

 

To prevent the 2nd transfer belt from meandering, we have changed the number of front 
polysliders of the 2nd belt driving roller to 5 and the number of rear polysliders to 1. 
(Before change, two front polysliders and two rear polysliders were installed on the 2nd 
belt driving roller.)
