1. Model Name

MX3500N – MX4500N – MX3501N – MX4501N

2. Description

We have mounted the washer between the thermostat and frame to change the gap
between the upper/lower heat rollers and thermostat from 0.7 ±0.25 mm to 1.2 ±0.25 mm.
This increases the margin of the thermostat operation temperature when the machine
operates. Previously, the washer was mounted between the screw securing the
thermostat and the thermostat. (For the washer mounting location, see the figure below.)

The upper and lower heat rollers of the above models each use one thermostat. This time
we will change the method for mounting the upper and lower thermostats to enlarge the
gap between the thermostats and heat rollers.
