D. Connection of the finisher to the main unit
1)
Fit the pin of the connection guide plate into the positioning hole of
the finisher.
E. Check of the height of the main unit and the 
finisher
1)
Check that the hole on the protrusion of the connection guide
plate is located between the marking lines of the protrusion of the
finisher.
*If the hole is not located between the marking lines, perform the
height/skew adjustment.
F. Height/skew adjustment
1)
Open the front cover.
2)
Unscrew the screw (x1) and remove the wrench.
3)
Turn the fixing nut of the caster in the direction of the arrow as
shown with the wrench, and then loosen it.
4)
When adjusting the height, make adjustment at 4casters shown in
the picture. 
Adjust the height of the adjusting nut of the caster by turning it in
the direction of the arrow as shown. (When turning the adjusting
nut 360-degree, the height of the finisher changes about
1.75mm.)
*For heightening the finisher: Turn the nut in [A] direction.
*For lowering the finisher: Turn the nut in [B] direction.
5)
When adjusting the skew, make adjustment at 2casters shown in
the picture. 
Adjust the skew of the adjusting nut of the caster by turning it in
the direction of the arrows as shown.
*For skewing the finisher to the right side: Turn the nut in [A] direc-
tion.
*For skewing the finisher to the left side: Turn the nut in [B] direc-
tion.

6)
After the adjustment, return the wrench to the original position.
G. Fixation of the lock slide plate
1)
Fix the lock slide plate with the screw (x1) (M3x6 S Tight).
Close the front cover of the finisher.
H. Connection of the harness
1)
Attach the connector of the finisher and fix it with the screw.

J. Power-ON of the main unit
1)
Insert the power plug into the socket, and turn ON the main power
switch and the power switch of the operation panel.

1.  Unpacking
A. Packed items check
B. Packed items check
1)
Open the outer box and remove the punch unit and packed items.
2)
Remove all the cushioning materials and tapes from the punch
unit.
3)
Remove 3 screws to remove 2pcs of attaching material.
NOTE: Save the 3 screws removed for installation of the punch unit.
2.  Installation
NOTE: Be sure to install the punch unit before installing the finisher to
the main unit. In case of installing the punch unit afterward,
remove the finisher from the main unit once.
NOTE: Before installation, be sure to turn both the operation and main
power switches off and disconnect the power plug from the
power outlet. 
Make sure that the data lamp on the operation panel does not
light up or blink prior to the installation.
A. Removal of rear cabinet and top cover
1)
Remove filament tapes from the packing materials.
2)
When the finisher is connected to the main unit, disconnect the
interface cable and remove the finisher.
3)
Remove two screws fastened to rear cabinet of the finisher.
4)
Incline upper part of the rear cabinet and remove the rear cabinet
while lifting the pawls of the rear cabinet.

Open front cabinet of the finisher.
6)
Remove 4 screws to remove a fulcrum for top cover.
7)
Incline a lever to the right and open top cover.
8)
Slide the top cover toward the direction of an arrow 1 and remove
the top cover toward the direction of an arrow 2.
B. Removal of dummy unit
1)
Disconnect the connector on rear side.
2)
Remove a screw, slide toward front and uplift the guide. The hook
will be removed; remove the guide from rear side.
3)
Cut 5 sections of insertion slot for punch waste tray using a nipper
and remove.
C. Attachment of positioning guide (Packed item 
No. 5)
1)
Attach right edge of positioning guide in reference to the center of
the scale. Use a screw (M3x6) removed in the step 3) in “Unpack-
ing”.
