1. Model Name: MX-3610N,

2. Symptom: 

If the fusing unit is Web roller type, the fusing belt will start meandering, which may result   

 

 

in the damage of fusing belt if the heat frame fulcrum boss holding the fusing frame and   

 

 

heat roller support frame is skewed. 

 

3. Description: 

The plate thickness of Heat frame fulcrum plate has been changed from 0.8mm to   

 

 

1.2mm for both front and rear sides, and the length of boss has been changed from   

  6.8mm 

to 

8.8mm. 

 

  Caution: 

 

 

    Please do not implement above changes to MX-3610N in case the black Heat frame   

 

 

    fulcrum plate (CPLTM8397FC01) has been attached according to T/R No. CCE-917   

 

 

    (issued on July 20, 2011). 

 

 

    Otherwise, the meandering toward rear section will be accelerated that it may cause   

 

 

    the damage on the Fuser belt.
