The operation of the address list has been improved. 
 
(Search Bar) 
- Addition of a key to switch between expanded and reduction lists. 
- The index is displayed on the large characters (expanded list) screen as well. 
- The index key was expanded to prevent mistakes in pressing. 
- Index bar region has been set outside the address selection area. 
(Address book selection) 
- When displayed normally, the selected (touched) address is selected by the header, 
and the display is expanded. 
- When displayed normally, the display of the "Search Bar" is expanded when touched. 
(Address book list output (print-out)) 
- The screen displays from the [Action Panel] to list (*) output selection. 
* All jobs list (A, B, C order) 
* Category/job organized list

(Regular addresses) 
- In separate display mode, only displays addresses set as "Regular Address". 
- When selecting an address in each mode, a setting has been added to allow only 
regular addresses for that mode to be selected. 
(FAX Receive Data Image Confirmation) 
- The default has been changed from [Display List] to [Display Thumbnails]. 
- During image confirmation, the "Action Panel" [Print] operation will output all pages. 
- After selecting an image, the [Print] operation will output the selected pages. 
(Retention (hold print) output) 
- Added a [Delete data after printing] checkbox.

Improved the timing of the touch sound for the copy start key, etc.

The content of the thumbnail icon in document filing would not always show the actual 
data. This glitch has been corrected.

In the FTP/Desktop job mode, the tap operation of the unnecessary "To" button has been 
changed from working to not working.

When the default display screen is set to a screen other than the "Home Screen" and the 
power is turned ON, the screen would display the "Please wait one moment..." message 
and when touched would produced the error sound. This glitch has been corrected.

not be confirmed. This glitch has been corrected.

If a FAX send start and a FAX receive simultaneously occurred, the FAX would not send, 
and further FAX jobs would be retained, resulting in FAX send not being performed. This 
glitch has been corrected.

Depending on the timing, after recovering from power saving mode and then going back 
into power saving mode, in some cases an "F6-00" error would occur. This glitch has 
been corrected.

related 
Immediately after start receiving or when a power irregularity occurred while receiving 
pages, an "NG350000" error would occur. Then, there are cases where the machine 
would change between the [Printing] 
 [Ready] displays. This glitch has been 
corrected.

Image transfer related 
During scan to shared folder transfer, [User Name/Password Incorrect] error would occur, 
resulting in scan failure. This glitch has been corrected.

Image transfer related 
Using Network Scanner Tool Lite and Network Scanner Tool, performing a PDF scan with 
the MFP would cause a TIFF file to be scanned. This glitch has been corrected.

Image transfer related 
Performing multiple sheet scanning on the glass surface would cause reserved job 
overflow to be displayed, resulting in scan failure. This glitch has been corrected.

System setting related 
In [System Settings] 
 [Network Settings], if DHCP is [Enabled], the IP address would be 
input. This glitch has been corrected.

System setting related 
In [Security Settings] 
 [Port Settings], [Send data backup] setting has been added. 
When this setting is set to disabled (default), the address book cannot be updated by the 
print driver.

Web page related 
Even if the [Restore to factory setting] is pressed, the images registered in the [Home 
Screen Setting] in the main unit web menu would not be deleted, instead they would 
remain. This glitch has been corrected. 
20 Other 
When the [FAX Address Confirmation Function] is enabled, [Scan to USB Memory] would 
not be possible. This glitch has been corrected. 
21 Other 
There are cases where the page numbers in the communication records table would not 
be displayed correctly. This glitch has been corrected. 
22 Other 
If power saving mode is entered while USB memory is attached, after recovering from 
power saving mode, there are cases where the following phenomena occur. This glitch 
has been corrected. 
- The USB memory icon on the LCD panel would not be displayed. 
- Performing USB memory scan would cause the [An error occurred while attempting to 
access the memory device.] error to be displayed. 
- During USB memory scan, if up one directory folder was pressed on the select save 
location screen, the move icon would be displayed. However, touching this icon would 
cause [Please wait one moment...] to be displayed and the machine would freeze, 
making recovery only possible through cycling the main power.
