2. Symptom: 

When installing the main unit or after attaching the process unit during maintenance, in some 
cases the main driving unit may create an abnormal noise (squeaking). 
This is because the teeth of the waste toner coupling gear of the main driving unit and the 
waste toner coupling of the process unit are not correctly aligned, causing the teeth to come 
into contact. 

 
3. Description: 

If the above symptom occurs, remove the process unit from the location where the noise is 
occurring. Then, rotate the waste toner coupling clockwise 45° and then insert the process 
unit.
