2. Symptom: 

In rare cases and abnormal noise (clicking) can occur from the in-use upper heat roller of the 
fusing unit depending on the movement of the upper heat roller bearings. 

 
3. Description: 

The noise has been fixed by changing the shape of the roller stopper of the upper heat roller 
front side and by adding an HR spacer and a wave washer in order to restrict the movement of 
upper heat roller bearings.
