MX-2300N/2700N

2. Description

Parts change has been made to improve margin on omissions in characters and belt
filming, etc., arising from commonality of the primary transfer unit with MX-3500/4500
system.

 Note 1) When you replace the conventional primary transfer cleaner unit with a new

one, also replace the transfer CL pressure spring and belt tension spring with
new ones at the same time.
Change the load of the transfer CL pressure spring from 600 gf to 200 gf
(change the color from blue to black)
Change the load of the belt tension spring from 900 gf to 1200 gf (change the
length from 41.4 mm to 45.2 mm).

Note 2) When replacing the 1st transfer coat roller or Y support roller with a new one,

you must also install the transfer roller bearing on the front side.
