The flash memory used in PCL PWB is difficult to source, and so the PCL PWB including
flash memory has been changed. Please note that there is no more interchangeability
between new and old flash memory, so please bear this in mind when servicing this
product.

2. Between old and new flash memory, there is no interchangeability (numbers of pin are
different, so attachment is impossible.)
If the Flash memory in Old type PCL PWB unit requires replacement, please note that
the PWB should be replaced to New type PCL PWB unit (in the case of no stock of Old
type Flash memory).
