2.Symptom:
When the EMI filter in CIS control PWB gets loose and contacts the upper CIS PWB
cover, the DC power may blow on some occasions.
3.Change:
1. Temporal measure
1) 
Attach a protect mylar to CIS PWB cover.
2)  Make sure the height of EMI filter of CIS control PWB is not touching the CIS PWB
Cover.  If too high, bend the EMI filter down.
CORRECTION FOR DC POWER BLOWOUT DUE TO
CONTACT OF EMI FILTER AND CIS PWB COVER
