If an error occurs, or an entered item is wrong during Web Page setting, an error message will be
shown on the page.
An example page with error message is as follows.  Error messages will be shown in red.
String of error message
  - circumstance
ERROR[900]:  Could not find destination.
-  When a destination is selected and "Delete" button is clicked at "Destination Management", If
destination to delete has been already deleted in SRAM.
-  When "Yes" button is clicked at "Delete Destination", if destination to delete has been already
deleted in SRAM.
-  When destination is selected and "Edit" button is clicked at "Destination Management", If
destination to edit has been already deleted in SRAM.
-  When "Submit" button is clicked at each "Destination Control", if destination to edit has been
already deleted in SRAM.
ERROR[904]:  E-mail timeout contains non-numeric characters.
-   When non-numeric characters are input for "E-mail Timeout" at "E-mail & DNS Setup".
ERROR[905]:  E-mail timeout value must be 
60 or less
.
-  When over limit value is input for "E-mail Timeout" at "E-mail & DNS Setup".
ERROR[927]:  E-mail Address for E-mail List 1 must be specified for desired
settings.
-  When check box is checked for "Send by Schedule 1" or "Send by Schedule2" of "E-mail
Status Message List1" at "Status Message Parameters Setup", if E-mail Address is not input.
-  When E-mail Address of "E-mail List 1" is not input at "Status Message Parameters Setup", if
"Send Now" is clicked.
-  When check box is checked for events of "E-mail List 1" at "Alert Message Parameters Setup",
if E-mail Address is not input.
ERROR[928]:  E-mail Address for E-mail List 2 must be specified for desired
settings.
-  When check box is checked for "Send by Schedule 1" or "Send by Schedule2" of "E-mail
Status Message List 2" at "Status Message Parameters Setup", if E-mail Address is not input.
-  When E-mail Address of "E-mail List 2" is not input at "Status Message Parameters Setup", if
"Send Now" is clicked.
-  When check box is checked for events of "E-mail List 2" at "Alert Message Parameters Setup",
if E-mail Address is not input.
ERROR[929]:  E-mail Address for Dealer E-mail List must be specified for desired
settings.
-  When check box is checked for "Send by Schedule 1" or "Send by Schedule2" of "Dealer E-
mail Status Message List" at "Status Message Parameters Setup", if E-mail Address is not
input.
-  When E-mail Address of "Dealer E-mail List" is not input at "Status Message Parameters
Setup", if "Send Now" is clicked.
-  When check box is checked for events of "Dealer E-mail List" at "Alert Message Parameters
Setup", if E-mail Address is not input.
ERROR[930]:  Incorrect format for E-mail address.
-  When there is no separation(comma, semicolon, space, colon) between multiple "E-mail
Address" at submission of "Status Message Parameters Setup".
-  When there is no separation(comma, semicolon, space, colon) between multiple "E-mail
Address", if "Send Now" is clicked on "Status Message Parameters Setup".
-  When there is no separation(comma, semicolon, space, colon) between multiple "E-mail
Address" at submission of "Alert Message Parameters Setup".
ERROR[931]:  Communications error with NIC, Status & Alert E-mail setting not
active.
-  When "Name" or "Machine Location" can not be stored in NIC because of communications
error with NIC. 
ERROR[932]:  User confirmation password does not match.
-   When "Password" and "Confirm Password" of user are not same at submit of "Password
Setup".
ERROR[934]:  Admin confirmation password does not match.
-  When "Password" and "Confirm Password" of administrator are not same at submit of
"Password Setup".
ERROR[936]:  Scanning feature is not enabled.
-  When Network Scanner is protected by software key, if pages for Network Scanner related
configuration setting is opened.
ERROR[938]:  The specified Old Admin Password is wrong. 
-  When the entered Old Admin Password is not same as Admin Password of NIC at submission
of on "Password Setup".
ERROR[939]:  Desktop Port Number contains non-numeric characters.
-  When non-numeric characters (except 0-9) are input for "Desktop Port Number" at submission
of "Desktop Destination Control".
ERROR[941]:  Please set DNS server in order to use Hostname for Primary E-mail
Server.
-  When DNS server is not set on "E-mail & DNS Setup", if Hostname is entered for "Primary E-
mail Server" at submission of "E-mail & DNS Setup"
.
ERROR[942]:  Please set DNS server in order to use Hostname for Secondary E-
mail Server.
When DNS server is not set on "E-mail & DNS Setup", if Hostname is entered for "Secondary E-
mail Server" at submission of "E-mail & DNS Setup"
.
ERROR[943]: Only Single E-mail address is valid for System Administrator E-mail
Address.
-  When multiple addresses are input for "System Administrator E-mail Address" at submission of
"E-mail & DNS Setup"
-  There are two and over "@". 
-  There is separation(comma, semicolon, space, colon).
ERROR[944]:  Incorrect format for Primary DNS Server 
-  When "Primary DNS Server" is input with incorrect format at submission of "E-mail & DNS
Setup".

ERROR[945]:  Incorrect format for Secondary DNS Server
-  When "Secondary DNS Server" is input with incorrect format at submission of "E-mail & DNS
Setup".
* refer to below Note1
ERROR[946]:  DNS timeout contains non-numeric characters.
-  When non-numeric characters are input for "DNS Timeout" at submission of "E-mail & DNS
Setup".
ERROR[947]:  DNS timeout value must be 
60 or less
.
-  When over limit value is input for "DNS Timeout" at submission of "E-mail & DNS Setup".
ERROR[949]:  Destination Full Name already exists. Please use different
Destination Full Name and Re-submit.
-  When New Desktop Destination is submitted, i
f the name of new destination is same as one
of the stored Desktop destination.
ERROR[950]:  DNS server is not set up onto this system. Please consult your
System Administrator or use IP address.
-  - When DNS server is not set on "E-mail & DNS Setup", if Hostname is entered for "IP address
or Hostname" at submission of "FTP Destination Control" or "Desktop Destination Control"
.
ERROR[951]:  The specified Hostname does not exist on the DNS server. Please
consult your System Administrator or use IP address.
-  When Hostname entered does not exist in DNS server at submission of on "FTP Destination
Setup" or "Desktop Destination Setup".

ERROR[952]: The specified Hostname for Primary E-mail Server does not exist on
the DNS server.
-  When Hostname entered for Primary E-mail Server does not exist in DNS server at submission
of on "E-mail & DNS Setup".

ERROR[953]:  The specified Hostname for Secondary E-mail Server does not exist
on the DNS server.
-  When Hostname entered for Secondary E-mail Server does not exist in DNS server at
submission of on "E-mail & DNS Setup".
ERROR[954]:  Maximum entries for destinations is 500.  Delete old or unused
entries.
-  When 500 destinations has been registered, if new destination is submitted
ERROR[955]:  Maximum entries for FTP/Desktop is 100.  Delete old or unused
entries.
-  When 100 destinations have been registered for FTP/Desktop, if new destination of
FTP/Desktop is submitted.
ERROR[956]:  Fax feature is not enabled.
-  When Fax board is not installed, if the page related Fax is accessed.
ERROR[957]:  Incorrect format for Fax No.
 at the submission on "Fax Destination Control" page
-  When "Slash" is entered at the first of Fax No.
-  When over two "Slash" is entered.
-  When nothing is entered between two "Slash" (for SubAddress)
-  When any character except "0-9" and "hyphen" is entered for Fax number.
-  - When any character except "0-9", "*", "#", " "(space) and "/" are entered for Sub Address and
Pass Code.
ERROR[958]:  Sub Address must be 
20 bytes or less
.
-  When Sub Address is over 20 bytes at the submission of "Fax Destination Control", "Fax Polled
Memory Box Control", "Fax Confidential Memory Box Control" or "Fax Memory Box Relay
Broadcast Control".
ERROR[959]:  Pass Code must be 
20 bytes or less
.
-  When Pass Code is over 20 bytes at the submission of "Fax Destination Control", "Fax Polled
Memory Box Control", "Fax Confidential Memory Box Control" or "Fax Memory Box Relay
Broadcast Control".
ERROR[960]:  Sub Address has been used. Please enter different Sub Address
and Re-submit.
-  When the specified Sub Address is same as the stored Sub Address of another Memory box.
("Fax Polled Memory Box Control", "Fax Confidential Memory Box Control" or "Fax Memory
Box Relay Broadcast Control")
ERROR[961]:  Incorrect format for Sub Address.
At the submission on "Fax Polled Memory Box Control", "Fax Confidential Memory Box Control"
and "Fax Memory Box Relay Broadcast Control".
-  When "Slash" is entered at the first of Sub Address.
-  When two or more "Slash" are entered
-  When any character except "0-9", "*", "#" and "/" are entered.
ERROR[962]:  Maximum entries for memory boxes is 100. Delete old or unused
entries.
-  When 100 Memory Boxes have been registered, if new Memory Box is submitted
ERROR[963]:  Print Pass Code contains non-numeric characters.
-  When non-numeric characters are input for "Print Pass Code" at submission of "Confidential
Memory Box Control".
ERROR[964]:  Maximum entries for senders is 20. Delete old or unused entries.
-  When 20 senders have been registered, if new sender is submitted.
ERROR[965]:  Front Panel or another Web Page is operated now. Cannot service
request. Please try later.
-  When the web page is opened or submitted for Add/Edit/Delete Destination, if the related
screen of the front panel is operated. (Please refer to 4.7)
-  When the web page is opened or submitted for Fax Memory Box Control, if the related screen
of the front panel is operated. (Please refer to 4.7)
-  When the web page is opened or submitted for Sender Setup, if the related screen of the front
panel is operated. (Please refer to 4.7)
-  When the web page is opened or submitted for Custom Directory Setup, if the related screen of
the front panel is operated. (Please refer to 4.7)
-  When the web page is submitted for each setting, if another web page is set at the same time.
