Countermeasure against deformation of the manual 
paper feed clutch spring 
1. Model Name AR-M256/M316, 
AR-M236/M276 
2. Description 
For new products (MX-M260 Series/M310 Series), the direction of the spring pin insertion 
opening has been changed to the opposite side of the manual paper feed clutch spring since 
it may be deformed by catching the spring pin insertion opening of the cam boss A2N. 
As a result of this change, the shape of the roller shaft RN has been changed and the E type 
ring fixing the roller shaft RN has been disused. 
Also for the above models, the same countermeasure has been taken to prevent deformation 
of the manual paper feed clutch spring.
