2. Description:
When the finisher is first installed skewing maybe observed only from the offset tray this is
caused by either an earth strap (indicated by the yellow arrow to the right) being
incorrectly routed or a packing piece causing the plastic frame to bend slightly. This
causes the gap between the exit rollers (indicated by the red arrow to the left)  to increase
on one side.
3. Action:
If skewing is observed on installation check the gap between the exit rollers is even, if not
check the routing of the earth strap to ensure it is not pulling the rollers apart. If the earth
strap is not tight allow 2 to 4 hours for the paper guide to recover to its original position.
