1.  To improve the productivity, the vendor of the reactor, low voltage power supply unit
and high voltage power supply unit, which have been used in the machine for
SUK/SEEG, is changed. Furthermore, the low voltage power supply unit and high
voltage power supply unit are integrated.
2. An interface harness connecting the power supply unit, and reactor added by
integrating the low voltage power supply unit and high voltage power supply unit.
If the interface harness is added, please pay attention to the following points.
3.  As a result of these changes, the power supply unit for SUK/SEEG is newly supplied.
